just in case anyone skips to this page - yeah its been said 100x 15iu first time? after all the research i completed i would shit my pants thinking about that. i started at 2iu and worked my way up. now i can comfortably do 30iu a day split between two doses, although i dont touch pre workout slin use with a 10 foot pole. sounds like youre getting your shit dialed in tho.
--question to you that's not necessarily beneficial: why are you using slin only pre work out? why not have an additional dose >= 4 hours apart? im curious more than anything im not recommending this.
It really comes down to my job and when I can work out.
I would take it post, but i only have humalin not log. Probably going to change to log soon. Pre allows me to know its died down by the time i go to sleep. With my last carb meal at 10:20 or 11 i am fine through out the night. I would take it through out the day, but I am an IT and 90% of the time i have time to eat my meals on time, but if i get stuck working on a doctors computer and feeling hypo or we have a system crash i dont want to take advantage of the freedom my employeers all ready give me.
I am bulking right now, so i feel the protien, bcaa, and carbs replenishing my glycogen while training with slin benefits me the most. I feel really pumped in the gym allmost as if i was on drol. Being on no aas right now this has honestly kept my brain in the game and size coming on. I have put on more then normal bodyfat though but im not worried about that though. I am just focusing on feeding and training. I am probably at 11% right now. My goal was to stay at 9% but i dont think thats possible I may slip to 14% but want to tapper down back to 10% before i start my next prep.
