I'm about to start running InduJect 250 from z's alpha-pharma line for 10 wks as well as EP mast E and Turinabol.


I'll start off with the tbol @ 70 mgs ed for 5 wks.

The test will be dosed @ 750/wk, 3 amps

The Mast will be dosed @ 600/wk for the entire cycle.

*I'll be using some research clen and t3 during the cycle, for added recomp effect.




Im 215-220 lbs now, id like to finish off around 210-215, less bf, more lbm.

After the 10 wks, If things go as planned, ill be switching to short esters. Tren ace, Test prop, mast prop, oral Winny.

Cals will be at maintenance level for now. Ill adjust if needed.

Not focusing on pb's or maxing, My routine will be mostly high volume, large sets.

Looks like a nice blast you have planned out bro. Interesting pairing, Z & PSL teaming up with Alpha Pharm products!!

Regarding the Masteron, watch for hair loss (assuming you're not bald aready :winkfinger:). I remember WP making a post about this, and I'm glad he did.. because everything he said was 100% accurate. After 5 weeks on Mast Prop, my hair was just falling out like crazy. Withing 2 months after I pct.. My hair was back to normal. Again that was Mast Prop. You may require an additional month of recovery due to "E" ester.

NICE CYCLE - the pictures look great!!!

You should see some nice grow with this cycle.. BadGas is right about the Mast...

I was running test-e tren-e and mast-e... this was one of my best cycles and did see some shedding
but it wasn't so bad that other people could notice... and everything came right back.

I love the amps - I need to order some soon - I don't know why, but I like pop'n the tops of them bad boys! :D

I know mast is pretty harsh on the dome fur. Its alright, ill just get hairplugs down the road if i need em :lol:

I do love mast for that extra drive and the hardening effect (in the pants and physique wise)

And tbol is one of my favs next to dbol and phera.

The Induject sust is very clear, thin, smooth. I mixed the mast and sust, glute shot, no pip to moan of.

2800 cals today, Cottage cheese before bed should bring me up a cunts hair above 3k.

things will stay clean.

Day 1: 7 Tbol, 1 ml Mast E and 1 Induject 250.

triceps, 5 close grip press and 6 skull crushers, all high rep (15-20)

hamstring prone curls, 6 sets, high reps.


Ill step up training intensity as the tbol and mast slowly kick in.


Havent had a drop of sun in months and Been growing my jihadi beard out. Looking forward to losing all of this holiday cheer around my waist...

Standing overhead press w/bb x 4 sets
Lateral raise w/db x 3 sets
Forward raise w/bb x 3 sets

Lunges w/bb x 4 sets

Quads/Leg ext x 3

Gears used today:
70 mg tbol. Next injections will be tomorrow (Induject) and friday (Mast e)

Total cals 2750, appetite is suppressed. which is good.

Had a decent cardio session today, its been a while. Not a fan of cardio at all, but im going to step out of my comfort zone.

Incline chest w/bb x 7 sets, high volume
Dips, bodyweight x 3 sets to failure
5 sets of crunches
Cardio = 35 mins on stationary bike.

Gears used: 1 induject amp, 70 tbol

Cals: 3150

No resistance training today, Needed a rest day. Tomorrow is deadlifts and id like my lumbar in good working order.

Cardio

Gears used: 200/mg Mast E and 70 mg tbol

Back: Yates, bent rows, 7 sets total. High rep. chin ups, 3 sets total, bodyweight

2500, will be having another 600 cal shake before bed. Plus walnuts (should be 3300ish total)

For your back - I take it you're talking about Dorian Yates... what would that lift be?

He was my favorite growing up!!! :D
 
The Yates row targets the lats better than bent rows. There's Less lumbar stress for me, more isolation. He has a demo video of himself on yt performing a set.
 
Woke up pre dawn, dropped clen, cialis, mucuna, green tea and did my cardio 40 mins later. (30 mins stationary bike) Took my t3, waited a half hour and ate. popped my 70 mgs of Tbol and did some training.

Bicep curls w/BB x 7 sets + 4 sets reverse curls. Heavy but voluminous.

Somehow still had enough steam for 5 sets of shrugs without even hydrating or eating again. Which is unusual for my fat ass.

Feeling more energetic. Could it be the tbol? could it be the t3? could it be the clen? could it be the short esters in the Induject sust? who knows. Cant be the Mast e, too soon. But i feel better already. Scale is down as well.

Im eating ridiculously clean. Meat/fish and veggies. My only carb source is a small portion of oats and brown rice. I'll have A Handful of almonds or walnuts ed, no urges for snacks. I feel mechanized and robotic at this point with my food. Im eating just enough for energy requirements. There is no pleasure in eating, which is good.

Total cals: 2850, will have 300 cal shake b4 bed.

I remember when he tore hi bicep doing reverse grip bent over rows... I forget how much weight he was using - I want to say 360lb but I could be wrong?

I actually like him, he got a bad rap for his holocaust statements. Not to get all political but its well known that the "holocaust" was at the very least exploited for international sympathy and for the creation of israel.

Well, its Been about a week, So far so good. My weight this morn was 212. After eating throughout the day, im only at 214. Im a little alarmed actually. Yeah i wanted to drop weight but i didnt think it would roll off me. I guess its mostly water though.


Triceps
3 sets skulls, 3 sets close grip, 3 sets kick backs

Prone ham string curls
6 sets

Crunches

3 sets to failure


Gears used: 70 tbol, 1 ml induject

Cals 2500, a cup of greek yogurt and sardines before bed should bring me up to aprox 3k.

Mood: pleasant

Appetite:

I might as well list my ancils...Im using Z's nolvadex. Im using 20 mgs eod and research Letro 1.25 on the days im not using nolva. So far this is a good combo for me. and im using research Cialis.

I think the tbol may be rearing its head now. Had my arm raised for an extended period of time and my entire arm was pumped. Then later I noticed after eating some almonds that my jaw was getting pumped as well. Pretty much what happens to me on orals.

Today was a rest day. No cardio or training.

Gears used: 70 mgs Tbol, 200 mgs Mast, 1 amp Induject

Oh yeah you'll like Z's Viagra!

I alternate his Cialis and Viagra and like them both equally...

Some people prefer one over the other but I like them both the same - but it's
hard to say because I alternate one pack at a time... I think I might open
a pack of each and try an every other day instead of pack.

LOL - I'll have to tell my wife she's part of an experiment and see which
one of me she prefers? :D
 
From yesterday, feb 6

my bicep workout yesterday was outstanding.

8 very large BB sets, with 155 x 20 on my 4th set. Then 170 x 15 on my 5th set. rediculous pump.

Triceps 9 sets, high reps. Rediculous amounts of reps for Kick backs that i dont recall ever doing before. At least not in recent memory.

Cals were a bit high yesterday, lots of extra complex carbs. But my muscles look a bit fuller this morn. I pulled in 4k plus.

I notice more eye pressure and stuffiness with sildenafil over cialis. Its like a weird pressure behind my eyes that i dont get with tadalafil. But viagra is def more intense. And I look vascular as fuck on viagra over cialis.

If i dont have clear visual results each week from my pics, i want to be negged into the red. That should motivate me a bit.


FEB 8
I did volumes of calisthenics.

Pushups, bodyweight dips, crunches.
That alone could be considered my cardio. For actual cardio, I jogged 1.5 miles @ a 7 min mile pace.

Cals 3,100

Gears: 100 mgs Mast, 1 amp induject and 70 tbol.
 
i must be getting stronger cause i shattered the amp when i tried to snap the neck off.
