We need an article by you on how to get our minds ready to go "Alpha" as you say, when we hop on.

I can barely handle myself now lol

Alpha zilla style

OK........fisrt ya need to look at my Zilla cycle on the blog. Next- you need to place a huge fucking order to Z minus PCT because I don't do PCT. Have plenty of cialis- suspension on hand and it helps to have several cycles under your belt.
