I know there's a million of these posts but I have some questions about my height and weight.
Im 26 years old and 6' tall but only weigh 165 lbs. I've been working out for a solid two years. Over that time I have gotten stronger and more defined but I can't seem to put weight on. I was eating around 3500 calories and 160 grams of protein a day. The past 3 months I have upped it to 4500 calories and around 200 grams of protein a day and haven't gained a pound. I probably have the worst genes for gaining weight since no one in my family is overweight.
I have access to test and nolvadex. I was looking at doing a 12 week cycle at 500mg a week. Would anyone disagree with doing this because of my weight? Or should I go another route? If this is a bad idea please tell me. I'm open to all suggestions.
