Forearm tips for size.

Hey guys,

Hope you are having a kick ass day today. Anyway just wondering if I could get some input from any of you who have had success with forearm development and training? What exercises have you found works the best for size? What rep range? How many sets of each? How many seconds do you hold each contraction?

when I was younger I used to do wrist curls and and a couple other exercises, but have not done that in years.
Your forearms should get enough work from back and arms training.
Yep, I also did a shit ton of forearm curls when I started. I realized deadlift and wide grip pull down seem to grow them much faster.

Just wanted to throw this in too, on all pulling movements (especially pullups) don't wrap your thumb around the bar. It forces you to use your forearm muscle quite a bit more.
