    There are plenty of ways to save money on BB friendly food. Chicken, Tuna, rice and peanut butter are just a start of the endless possibilites.

    Eating 6 small meals every 2-3 hours? A BB Myth?

    The only reason I eat 6-7 times a day is to be able to eat the number of calories my body requires. If I had to eat only 3 meals it would make those meals seem like mountains of food.

    At 25 years old your natural test production is still relatively high. I personally would not be messing with my body at that age.

    Universal Nutrition Advanced Soy Pro Superior Soy Protein

    Soy protein does have its benefits, yet some people think it is not good to consume large amounts daily. I would say one scoop of it per day would benefical. Search Google for more info :)

    Should I tell my dr.?

    You should most definately see a doc and dont worry about telling them any specific facts about why you are there. You can just describe the symptoms to the doc and they should be able to run the proper tests

    Glutamine is a very highly debatable topic. It's really hard to know what the real truth is when so many "experts" have such different opinions.

    It is very hard to target a specific part of the chest for most individuals. Persoanlly, I feel like my upper chest does a ton of work on weighted dips.

    Insensity can be defined in many different context, but to me it means the percentage of weight you are lifting compared to your one rep max and the total rest periods between sets

    Ephedrine is one powerful substance. I still have a small stash left from before the ban. Too bad it is now banned.

    You can't build a house without a foundation... I'd definately say a good multi-vitamin is the most important supplement

    How old are you? This is an extremely powerful product that should not be used by anyone under 21.
