    If I had to go over 12reps to add weight, I'd never have added weight to anything, ever. I prefer being strong.

    No, but if you're like me, you can't eat if you've drank, so you'll drop weight (not necessarily fat, mind you) like mad. Not the best way to go about things, moderation and infrequency with the drinking is much better.

    She wasn't saying that legs aren't important, she was saying that they're not more important than the body as a whole. Also, don't turn lifting into cardio for the purpose of sweating more. If you need cardio, do cardio.

    No, it's generally a non-violent place, and the only place in my city I'll go. But I did get pulled on once, some guy found out about my fight training and wanted to show me how worthless it is in a real-life situation :rolleyes: Burner, our only problem is that everybody wants the cage...

    I'm a decently aggressive girl, but I do avoid gym fights when possible. Just seems like they wise thing to do when the other guy has an extra helping of aggression, and a decent chance of carrying a knife.

    I'd ease in by starting out with fewer intervals :) The first 3-4 feel like flying anyways, so if you're only doing 6-7, there won't be much torture time on the track.

    Because that's what the magazines say. And if you're juicing you can handle enough volume/frequency to make good progress, even with isolation...which is why the magazines say it, the pros can do it.
