ahem my rountine is 3 days a week in a gym gor estimate 1.5hrs each session.
monday arms and shoulder
wednesday chest and back
friday legs
saturday will have a judo session

ahem i am rather confused... i go to the gym for about a month now.. and i have found that my body gets tired become i can get the soreness ...
is it common ?? should i add more weights? but once i add weight i cannot lift it up my reps will go down ...
is push ups or some called it pumping .... a good form of execise ?? for example spread push ups ... diamond push ups and knuckle push ups.. are these good form of execise that should be included in the chest and arms training program??:confused:
i would to ask is that ........
i drink half a cup of water before execise ....
after execising.... i do some cool down execise ... and my heart rate go back to normal..
but then when i drink 3 cups of water after the cool down ... my body will start to sweat .....
my whole body will be...

but i have heard from my friends saying better not to take protein powder.

1. protein powder will help you build up more muslcar but when you start to slack for a while like a month your body will start to get back to where you started...

20-30 do fully compress your abs.... the number don't count it is your quality of the crunches you do that count.
