I know its an individual thing, and depends upon my doctors word aswell, but what are your experiences with the illness?

i have a mate who is getting me some raw tribulus, in powder form off a 'mate' of his. I have no idea if its going to work or how much to take. Can anyone offer me some advice at all????
I would noramlly do 3 body parts (2 heavily and one light), it noramlly takes me about 70 mins to do sets of 12??? Hows does that sound Mudge, cause i have no idea.
Sorry to bring up old news but in my workouts i normally do 24 to 27 sets is this to many?? I would do 102 sets per week, is this too many and am i overtraining. And how long would it take you guys to do 24-27 sets???
I do it late night cause that when i have time to do it. I feel that if i do it early morning i dont have enoughenergy cause i have not eaten much befor hand. Plus you feel dead during the day if you go to hard
I have always had problems with taking creatine. It makes me vomit during my workouts and i feel bad all day. Does anyone have the same problem. More importantly does anyone recommend any other transport systems that wont make me vomit or avoid the liver????
So if you bought a tub of Cell-Tech how would you take it.
The Directions say take one serve after workouts, and thats all. Would i be better to take a half serve b4 i work out about 45 mins b4, and then a half serve after i work out.

The first time i took creatine, it made me contantly sick and made me vomit when i worked out. I had some really good results with it however. Could the sickness have been due to, to little water???? Has it made anyone else vomit???

So does that mean that the effect of it could be reduced because you are taking the 10 grams of creatine post workout. Ive heard some people say that creatine is best to take befor a workout. If i took it befor a workout and post a workout could it be much more effective.
