Yeah,your doin good for an old guy:).
Thats why i wouldnt do gear,your strong for a little while and not for the rest.
Then you take more to be strong,and more to be stronger,endless cycle.
You need to cut down your workouts imo.For me when training for strength for example on chest day.I only do Bench press 4 set of a 10 rep warm up then 8 reps,6 and then 2-4.Then i do either incline or decline dumbell,for 3 sets of 8,6,4.
I know when your in the gym it may not seem a lot but...
Thats a good opption to do every other week.Good mornings are better because they use hamstrings as well as lower back where as back extensions only use lower back.

I've never used a belt since i started training and i've never felt i needed one.My philosiphy is that if you start without one as you get stronger so does your back and you'll never need one.I hate seeing guys who dont have a clue wearing belts constantly,they wear them for benching and...
I never use a belt,if you start training without a belt you'll build a strong enough back to not need one.Check my gallery,i can deadlift and squat over 500lbs without needing a belt.
