I recently change my rice consumpation from white to brown rice I've notice a big difference in the texture and taste the brown rice has which has an outer husk that tastes crunchy.... Does anyone know of another alternative(rice) that I can subtituate.

Thanks.....I'm trying to get the legs up to par having difficulty I'm actually just being able to tackle my legs again had reconstruction knee sugery back in Dec. Open to any suggestions on how to modify my leg routine.
I'm in the process of using the Max-OT workout program. I just started it and wanted to know do I take a week off during the 12 week program. or one week after every two weeks completing a work out or just once during that 12 week period?

some good drills that I use to do as a linebacker. We called this the Big 3....Squats, Power Clean, & Bench Press. Also grab a 45lbs plate get in your stance (linebacker) and push out as many times as you can while still in your stance, this helps when opposing players are trying to get at your...
