    Does microwaving bulgur change the GI? I'v found that I can cook it much more quickly by simply tossing some bulgur in a cup with a little water and nuking it for abit - will this change anything on it? I mean, change the GI?

    Honestly when I got my wisdom teeth out I simply went all out on protein shakes. Luckily, we can still eat oatmeal with no problem. But mostly - let your mouth heal. Personally it only took me about three days before I could eat solid food again. Good luck!

    So it's not so much a bulk as it is a body recomposition? Body Recomps are usually(unless you have insane genes) very slow as compared to the standard bulk and then cut routine.
