    It shows that everyday stress such as the ones I stated above cause incredible damage to the adrenal glands causing a rise in cortisol. This is much alike the long use of a supplement. I wanted to know if it was the same kind of damage.

    I agree, you must take a few days off. I have researched this topic quite A LOT. It shows that for the short term ECA will not have much effect on fat loss, unfortunately. Chronic use is ideal but not many can handle that. Have you taken any breaks?

    If anyone can lend some advise..... The 350 mg shown atop of Ephedrine alkaloids , is this the same ingridient, just like the Guarana / caffeine? are these just conversions? (Ex: Guarana Extract 910 mg/ 200 mg caff.)

    1/2 dose?

    I want to go easy on the ECA stack. I know the usual is : E25/ C-200/A-81-325 I was thiking of simply doing E-12.5/ C-100/A-81, Is this effective or not even worth a try? (this is along w/ an exercise regime & lean diet)
