    Uneven strength

    Lately I've been really pushing hard on my chest days, all with dumbell exercises. Trying to get up to my summer goal of benching my body weight. Anyways, I'm about 10 lbs from my goal.     warming up shoulders

    I do windmill type things with a light plate like many have already said. I find it helps me a lot on flat bench and shoulder press to loosen up.

    I just pop in a Hatebreed CD and it always fires me up. I always try and stay angry. I'm not angry at anyone or anything really....just anger really motivates me.

    Training to do 100 push-ups would deffinitly help someone prepair do 3000 push ups over 13 days.
