    I'm estimating I'll be done with it all in 3.5 months. Which means I'm going to go over the the expiration date by a little over 2 months. Do you guys think it will be ok? Manufacture date is 3/01. I just opened it today and it tastes fine (like nothing).

    What is the best spot on way to measure 5 grams of creatine without getting scales? i.e. Level teaspoons would be nice. The label says 'rounded' does that mean 'leveled'? I've had some musclemag creatine before and it said 'heaping' teaspoons - but had the same 5 grams per dose. ahh confusion!

    When I do that I get lightheaded from all the blood flowing away from my brain, at which point I usually say to myself "I feel like crap today" and wimp out. Perhaps a regular warmup 10-15 minutes and then intervals, followed by endurance until you've done about 60 minutes?
