No not any werid bumps or rashes on me. I was just wondering is it normal to get sick from "bad" foods after you have eaten them for the first time in years. Yesterday I ate a ice cream sandwich and I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day and had bad gas. I know I an not Lactoc intorent or whatever because I drink milk in the morning and have it in my night time protien shake.

the body can get very accustomed to consuming sweets and salts. when you get "off" them it's hard to go back.
I hear that! I used to do stuff like that too. I used to be able to eat that sickening sweet icing they put on cakes but now I can't. Everytime I have cheat day and try to eat something very sugary, I find myself not wanting to finish it, and that used to NEVER happen before! So I'm glad I got myself weaned off that stuff, off those bad habits before it was too late!
listen to w8! it does teach you not to cheat much! after 5 weeks on my super clean diet - i cheated and my stomach was NOT happy. wasn't even a huge cheat in terms of calories but i sure felt it. cool thing is - i was always a big sugar person. i'd have gladly skipped dinner for desert as a kid. but since eating clean - i'm truly not craving sweets anymore. THAT is a total shock.
bread and pasta....still crave those. but no more cheating for me!
Ever since I've tried to eleminate processed sugars, it leaves a horrible sour aftertaste in my mouth (that would be the acid eating my teeth). Sometimes it doesn't feel worth it to taste the ben and jerrys or reeses cups, Oh and my ass refuses to close for about 6 hours after I've had a small mcdonalds milkshake
