    When my friend got the Steroid Bible in the mail he ended up sending it back the very next day because there was nothing good in it. All it had was a couple of A.S. Users telling there experiences. After looking at it, my opion is that it is a waste of money

    Arm/Chest Definition

    Try to get more protein and complex Carbs. You need Bench pressing for chest.Use Incline and Decline benches for your Chest. Make sure you switch your workout every few weeks so your body doesn't adapt to it. Also throw in some Pre-exost and Super-Sets.

    damn that running

    Running 2 miles everyday is way too excessive if you want to build muscle. Running is going to do nothing but hurt your knee joints and take your extra strength away on leg day. Instead of Running do Fast paced walking or biking.

    Does anyone "bulk" anymore?

    Thats actually what I just did. At my last contest I was at a 178lbs , and around Christmas I reached my max bodyweight of 220lbs. Right now I am ripped at 185lbs. So I gained around 7lbs of muscle.
