    What is the best creatine monohydrate out there? I don't want anything with a delivery system or sugar (dextrose) pre-mixed, I can do that myself down the road. Just looking for the "pure as the driven snow" kind of shit!! P.S. Where should I order it from?

    what's the BEST tasting protein drink?

    I just switched to Optimum's vanilla ice cream flavor and that is pretty tasty and it mixes good. Of course EVERYTHING mixes pretty good in my blender...it has a kickstarter, 2-stroke engine and a sweet exhaust system!!!!!!!! snap your fingers...snap your neck.

    creatine plateau

    I want to add a question to this if I may. Is adding my straight creatine to my post/pre workout whey (with strawberries for post) adequate for a delivery system? Most of the time I do mix it with apple or grape juice when I have it in the morning before breakfast.
