    When to start kids lifting weights?

    First, thanks for the responses. Like I mentioned, he is only 10, but 4' 10" tall... I think. He is interested and I would really like him to start working on his form only. Not a lot of weight at all, but something to get the proper mechanics of the basic lifts.
