Hi there i have been training for about 2 years now and for the last 6 months i have been at a sticking point were i cant seem to get any bigger and its starting to do me head in :pissed: , im currently on the juice eating 6 meals a day:

example of eating during the week

Breakfast: oats & 1 banana
Snack: 2 sandwitches & 1 apple
Dinner: 1 tin of tuna mixed with pasta/mayonase, 1 bag of crisps & 3 boiled eggs
Snack: 1 small orange & 1 banana
Tea: Mash potato, beaked beans & fish
Snack: 4 weetabix & protein shake

example of eating at weekend

Dinner: 1 tin of tuna mixed with pasta/mayonase, 3 boiled eggs
Snack: 1 small orange & 1 banana
Tea: boiled potato, coliflower cheese, sweetcorn, 2 pork chops
Snack: 4 weetabix & protein shake

Training through the week

Mon: legs
Tue: off
Wed: chest & biscep
Thur: shoulders & traps
Fri: back & tricep

are you trying to get bigger or cut?

If it is bigger, and your on juice, then your probably not eating enough.
 
yea im trying to get bigger, ok i'll try eating more although im near enough full all day anyway.

dude, your juicing you gotta be eating everything thats not bolted down. that meal plan looks like you took it from a woman. start eating and take advantage of the juice.

Haha, indeed. Also, you should be taking in some fats, carbs, and protein at every meal. For example, at breakfast you are eating oats and fruit. Where's the protein? Check out the diet section.
 
cheers, ill have a look. but last time i ate like crazy when i was juiceing i just looked fat can you recommend a good book or sumin to give me a good idea

The diet section.
 
Even off the juice if you are trying to add weight that diet looks pretty weak. I am a classic endo so I put on a lot of fat when I bulk, but I have learned that if you want to put on the muscle, you have to eat to do it. You can diet latter, don't sacrifice your gains by eating like a girl. Diet after your cycle, use this time to build some muscle and not worry about the fat that WILL accompany it.

Eat son... EAT!
