Hi there i have been training for about 2 years now and for the last 6 months i have been at a sticking point were i cant seem to get any bigger and its starting to do me head in
, im currently on the juice eating 6 meals a day:
example of eating during the week
Breakfast: oats & 1 banana
Snack: 2 sandwitches & 1 apple
Dinner: 1 tin of tuna mixed with pasta/mayonase, 1 bag of crisps & 3 boiled eggs
Snack: 1 small orange & 1 banana
Tea: Mash potato, beaked beans & fish
Snack: 4 weetabix & protein shake

Breakfast: oats & 1 banana
Snack: protein shake & 1 apple
Dinner: 1 tin of tuna mixed with pasta/mayonase, 3 boiled eggs
Snack: 1 small orange & 1 banana
Tea: boiled potato, coliflower cheese, sweetcorn, 2 pork chops
Snack: 4 weetabix & protein shake
Training through the week
Mon: legs
Tue: off
Wed: chest & biscep
Thur: shoulders & traps
Fri: back & tricep
