    If I dont take supplements does that mean I wont get results?

    Does no supplements mean slow or no results? I cant afford them so will that affect my results greatly? Is there anything I can take instead of them that is cheap? I am 13 and am beginning bodybuilding.

    Pec question

    I have a difference between my two pecs. The inside of my left one is fine, round. The inside of my right is undeveloped. Is there a type of exercise where you can separately train the pecs, or should I just use weight for only the right pec for flys until my right catches up?
