    Try liquid calories Shakes with oats, and peanut butter, macadamia but oils and stuff like that. Don't be shy with the healthy fats. Protein powders and even some weight gainers will probably help.

    aromatization is the process of converting testosterone (or a derivative) to estrogen. I believe primo is susceptible to 5AR conversion to DHT which causes hair loss.

    Low Carb Days

    It depends how low carb you're talking. For me, low carb means less than 30g so the only source of carbs I'm getting is from vegetables. Even that is minimal.

    Split your dose. Half in the morning and half in the afternoon. Once you get up to a higher dose I split it up into 20mcg doses.

    Anything I can cycle while trying for a baby?

    I've been on TRT for almost a year, and blasted a few times. I recently got my sperm checked. It came back low, but I did have some little swimmers. The doctor said, it is possible to continue to produce sperm while on exogenous hormones, it's just not usually as much and it tends to diminish...

    My Diet

    I agree with the more fats. You'll feel fuller for longer (it slows gastric emptying) and if you add a healthy dose of fish oil (5-8g) your joints, digestion, and lipid profile will thank you.

    Deca, Tren, Test, T3 Cut-Recomp

    Personally I'd use the T3 when you have more anabolics going. It can be catabolic and the more gear you have in your system the less muscle you're likely to use, so I'd either use the T3 while you're blasting with the Tren, or later on when you've upped your Test and Deca dosages.

    I can not imagine what 525mg of Tren EVERYDAY would feel like. I'm pretty sure that I would just be sweating all the time, and be bleeding from my nose constantly from the blood pressure.
