what kind of eating habit should i consider if im lookin to gain weight and improve my overall size....like get more bulked up...im gonna be workin out and running and dont wanna loose weight but want to gain weight and build it into muscle....
yuh i hardly get sore anymore...does this mean i should up the weight...im doin enough weight to get me tired...tired enough to barely finish the set....shouldnt i be getting sore?...
again i only do deads on my light weight days...im not gonna stack up the weight a day after 36 reps of high end squats and cleans plus other legs excercises....i dont know if its me but im extremely fuckin sore the day after....i dont go shoot shit in my ass cheeks like some of yall....
no where did i say thats is all i can do in deadlift.....i said i just usually do 135-150...i straight leg deadlift on my recovery days....which is usually light weight lifts...

squat max is prolly high 400's.......deadlift i usually do just 135-150...
