you're skinny, lean and a little bulk you'll be wow... me... i've always a little chubby so for me to see what you see daily i have fat to burn... you have muscle to build... like everyone else said... start eating!
i do 2 circuits of exercises and the place on my body where i feel it the least is my chest. I bench 145. Whether good or not... this is how much i can do right now and after 4 weeks of exercising... i dotn' mind much. But my chest isn't feeling it. Why? am i doing it wrong?
not super big... but better than before... more defined a bit... you can almost see a cut somewhere! hahaha... looks better in the mirror of the gym... about 14.5 inches around... not bad i think...
trying to flex... not much loss compared to week 4. Gained a pound or two of muscle thougha and now you can almost see some abs... a lot more fat needs to be removed though...
not much different from wk 4 except for a little upper abs... ummm... looks pretty much the same... wanted to take picture in shorts again but they're in the wash. still at about 183-185 lbs. Hoping to drop down to the 170s and lose more body fat. NEver really exercised before... it feels good...
6-8 weeks ago... before any exercise... i'm on the left... realized i was starting to become shaped like my 9 years older brother... decided to start exercising... more for me than anything... i want to feel healthy and look it too!
these are the shorts i'll always compare myself in. flab flab flab... first 2 weeks was just pushups and running... last 2 weeks were weights and running... started off at 203lbs on my scale... today... 184lbs. Every scale says something different... some say more some say less... i'll just stick
