    calories! Calories! Calories!

    I too am on the quest for calories,I've been eating four meals a day, with at least two 900 calorie mass gainer shakes a day aswell. I've put on about 20lbs in around a month and a half. BTW the calories listed for the Subway subs are based on 6inch subs without cheese

    when is the best time to take creatine, before or after a workout?

    I started using creatine a couple weeks ago and noticed a higher energy level and more enduance almost immediatly
