    EFA's, seafood, shellfish, dark chocolate Ill tell you, I upped my fish oil intake to 8000 mg a day, and libido went through the roof. Ive also read that it decreases some guys drive. Everyone is different.

    I buy the hodgson's mill organic flax pancake mix, add a scoop of protein, replace the oil the recipe calls for with 2 tbsp of nat pb and add some extra water. Ill tell you, they are good as hell and make an awesome saturday morning pregym breakfast.

    I hear that pb is so anabolic that they have added it to the list of banned substances in the Olympics:wacko:.... PB is pretty damn calorie dense, so for a bulk its pretty good for adding a bunch of extra calories.

    You definitely should add more compound leg work. You have way more chest work than leg work. Your legs and back are the two largest muscle groups and should be treated as such.
