    Is my back/biceps routine too much?

    Biceps/forarms looks fine, but back is very light with just pull ups and deadlifts. Personally I'd get rid of both and add in some row movements or pulldown..I think pullups make an excellent warmup though for back days.

    I like DB military press so I usually keep that as a core exercise on shoulder days, but just a little while ago I substituted the Arnold Press in for it and it seemed pretty effective...I'd suggest trying it for a littel while and see of you like it/get results from it

    Yeah, doing the same exercise over n over would get boring and you would adapt to it after a while. I enjoy the variation of 3+ exercise for a muscle to hit it from different angles
