    if you mix lipo and clen you will get cramps up the wazzooo.. clen dehydrates enough, I would avoid anything that dehydrates as well...clen cramps Don't forget to take the taurine and potassium too though to offset the cramps.

    Cowpimp: what would you say the real use of partials are, because some people tell me it's the real way to do bench and incline and that I'm just hurting my shoulders by doing a full bench press...wtf? I don't have and biomechanical training like these "trainers" so I have no response to them...

    What is the deal with people doing bench half the way down, ie. not going all the way to their chest..? And what are everyones opinions on what the purpose is.. I ask because I met someone who says he benches 365...half way benches though..is he really benching 365?

    option 1 -40g of protein, 51g of carbs , and 10g of good fats- option 2 -34g protein, 43g carbs, and 8.5g good fat- So guys I need some suggestions based on what you think would be easier to fit the right ratios in. I can do option 1 for 5 meals or option 2 for 6 meals.. Obviously I kknow...
