    Guys!! im soo pissed off!something happened to my knee.It happened outside of the gym,but dont quite remember what it was.I got to the gym on monday to do squats,and as soon as i did the first one and my legs were parallel to the floor,the bottom part (above the knee) of the "tear drop" was...

    Is this ok??

    Sometimes, i dont have time to get a meal b4 I go to the gym, so instead, i just grab a protein shake with gatorade and drink it while im working out.Does this make up for the missed meal or no???does it help me at all??thanks for your help :thumb:

    Bulk for 5 days and then cut for 5 days...

    BUt< how are you going to keep the muscle you have earned during the bulking phase,if you have to eat a lot less calories than you did to gain it??????Wouldnt that :hmmm: :hmmm: result in loss of muscle mass???
