eh..there are worse places (nutrionally speaking) other than p.f. chnangs that you could've eaten at. However the ice cream and smoking is another story. Don't worry about it. It's done with now.
I just made this tonite and it was fantastic!
8oz of Ground Turkey breast - 1gram fat/50 grams protein
2 green onions stalks chopped up
1 portobella mushroom cap diced up
cilantro chopped up
1/4 cup of water chestnuts diced up
3 tbs of lite soy sauce
1 tbsp of red chili paste (optional)
Spray...
hmm...sounds like it may have lot of butter, oil and preservatives in it. I'd try to get the chick peas (aka garbanzo beans) in the can and make this yourself so you know what's in it.
Thanks for the reply, Emma. I'm 5"6" and 140lbs. Currently ~15-16%bf. Moderate activity level. I'm usually sedentary uduring the day while I'm working. However, I jog 2-3 miles everyday and workout 1 hour 6 times a week.
What do you all think? I'm trying to loose some bodyfat.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 1 cup oats, apple, 1 flax capsule.
Mid morning: handful of almonds or walnuts and a protein shake.
Lunch: Turkey breast and avocado sandwich w/ lettuce and tomato on whole wheat bread or a chicken...
Good question. I enjoy it 'cuz it makes me feel good and look good. Who knows if I'll still be doing it 20 years from now...that's too far down the road to think about. I suppose if I were still doing this 20 years from now, it will be augmented to suit my needs at that time.
