    Are sugary sweet cereals good for post workout drinks?

    i put quaker cornsquares in mine... there not super high in sugar, but are definately not clean. i know some people put oats, but the high sugar cereal would give you a solid spike. i'd give'r a try, probibly not a huge difference then the dextrose.

    Feeling really full.

    over the last 2 days ive had this bloated, really full feeling in my stomach even though i know im not full/need to eat. i woke up this morning with it. its almost like there is trapped air in my gut. anyone ever had the same thing? maybe too much whey?
