    Pretty crazy

    Wow, that is amazing. Kind of makes my progress seem trivial. My max bench was only around 75 lbs 2 months ago and now I can bench around 110. Hope to make 140 by the end of May.

    I almost always work out with friends. I get good motivation from them and they can spot me whenever I need it.

    I find going that early crazy. I am never awake enough or have the energy to work out after I wake up. I usually go around 7:30 PM.

    I hate deads for some reason. I guess its because whenever I have done them I just ended up hurting my back and not gaining anything from it.

    Yea, everyones telling me that I need 150-200 grams a day, which isn't true. I do fine with 80-100 g a day.

    Where do you hold the bar for BP?

    Theres a rule of thumb. Extend your thumbs out and place your hands on the bar. Make sure the end of your thumb is at the line between the inner area of the bar(smooth) and the outer area(rough). Thats exactly where your hands should be.

    A week is way too much of rest I think. I heard you have to keep the muscles working. The results would be really slow if I benched only once a week(chest is my main focus). Plus Im addicted to benching so a weeks wait would be hell.
