alwaysbelieve said that he rarely does isolation movements...i take it, u can get big, lose fat, get in shape WITHOUT doing isolation movements???

i have trouble distinguishing isolation movements from compound movements. i know squats, bench, deads, cleans are compounds....are shoulder shrugs isolation? tricep pulldowns, hammer curls...?

I think it was last week, i posted a routine and it didnt get many good reviews...some people gave me advice on how to change it, so i took their advice and thought this up...so i thought it over and thought maybe this routine sounded better. Again my overall goal is fat loss, (cutting). 40...

ill definetely read them, out of all the compounds i lifted...i dont see where im working my biceps, and biceps are important...id like to add in some workouts that work the biceps too.

oh ok. well ill probably do a warm up set or two.....and then do 3 sets after that...and once im done ill do a very light set (someone told me its good for lactic acid build up). and every week ill try to add 5-10 pounds extra. ill do about 10 reps per set.
