Weight and activity levels play an important roll in determining the actuall amount.
Red Bull is the one product that would give me at least two additional hours of boost. I train for two, slurp the Red Bull, Whamo! Two more hours of high times.

After not lifting for awhile, I got siked up and whet to the gym with a few friends. First thing I did was walk over to the preacher bench, grabed the bar and immiediately tor some lats. Ouch!
That was a few years ago and I alway warm up/ streeetch now.
