I just manage to get my six packs out. But i have problems for getting the lower abdominal to be more obvious and hard. I only do crunches, side cruches and some leg raise. Is it enough or is it that my body fat is not low enough?:)
i have been training for quite sometime. Most of my body parts have quite alot of improvements except my chest. Is there any way to train chest effectively?
My chest workout rountines goes like this:
flat bench press 4 x 8
incline bench press 3 x 8
dumbbell flyes 3 x 8
