if its the bar, try to use a hood when you squat.. had a lot of headache some a go.. Or do you look up in the ceiling? Try to look at a spot a couple of meters in front of you.

- Is it enough with narrow grip benchpress on triceps? what else could I add ? (I can't do french press)

Okey, so i have thought of adding some abs to my routine after a year with any.. so im just wondering if anyone here have some exercises that is really effective so i dont need to spend my hole workout for my abs..
