    What kind of car do you drive?

    I have a 73 Camaro that I have put lots of time and money into. It has a built (by me) small block with 3 in. exaust and all around disc brakes. Next on the list are some good aluminum heads.

    A REAL Challenge!!!!

    Train your legs twice a week at medium to high intensity and stick to a solid bodybuilding diet. As far as upper body goes the only thing I can think of is abs and lower back training.

    I think I've learned to block these idiots out although sometimes you just can't miss them. I saw some guys doing cheat curls on a smith machine with mucho body english the other day. Unbelievable.

    Do you perform mutiple 3 week cycles at the same time? For instance would you perform an arm cycle at the same time as a leg cycle?

    I highly recommend SLDL's, they really shot my ham strength through the roof. Your volume looks a little high. What does your set and rep scheme look like?

    Delt routine order?

    I like to change the order of lifts every once in a while for all my bodyparts. It has helped me a lot to break through sticking points in my training.

    I'd stick to the heavy pressing moves. Dips and CG press are great choices IMO.

    Incline / Decline / Flat

    It all depends on what is the best move for your individual biomechanics. I don't think I've gotten a lot from flat benching but I have gained a lot from inclines. I think a good routine would be 3 sets of dips and 3 sets of inclines.

    What day would you do pullovers?

    I don't do them but I've heard a lot of people say they like to do them on chest day.
