how many sets of each bodypart do you do each week?
Bi's
Tri's
Back
Chest
Abs
Quads
Hams
Calfs
Shoulders

It can vary slightly form week to week !
 
right now I do 3 sets of each body part a week..

I do one set on each training day which are Mon-Wed-Fri...

Chest - 12
Abs - 12
Quads - 8 - 10
Hams - 6
Calfs -6
Shoulders - 9

Hows your progress? If it starts to drop, you may want to lower those numbers a bit.

If your progress (if any) continues for any longer than 8-12 weeks then you are the new arnold are far as genetics are concerned.

Anyhoo:

thighs: 4-6
chest: 4-6
back: 4-6

anything else: no more than 2. (except calves)

biceps: none.
