    I think it would work well on people who think they take themselves to the limits but really are using about 90% of their capabilities.     Maybe it could be effective if done periodically, but doing a routine like that for more than 1 week is a sure way to put yourself into overtraining. It looks like something straight out of Flex.

    Ok, I was just looking at the tri work. I agree it seems like a lot of volume but I think if it's only done for 3 weeks it won't cause any overtraining. Over the long haul it may be different though.

    Even if it was on the same day it's only 6 sets, I don't consider that to be high volume.

    My right arm has always been bigger then my left. From the day I started lifting until now that hasn't changed. I think it's something that almost all bodybuilders have and not a whole lot can be done to correct it.

    If you are having trouble doing any of them at all that 50 rep technique may be overdoing it. You could be stuck doing chins or pull ups for a half hour or more until you hit fifty. I'd start at 25 or 30 and work your way up to 50 as you get stronger.

    Here is a simple chest routine that should work well- flat BP- 3 sets of 6-8 reps incline db press- same flat flyes(optional)- 2 sets of 8 No need to get too complicated. Keep it simple, eat lots, and try to add more weight each week.
