    Last question, I promise:) Is there a reason they are only three weeks long. Is this to prevent adaptation or overtraining? Also, do you repeat this cycle as soon as you finish or do you switch to a more conventional routine for a while before doing it again?

    I'm all for the push/pull/legs but I like to give shoulders their own day. This is what my split looks like: mon-chest/tri/calves tues-legs thurs-back/bi/calves fri-shoulders

    Front Squats

    I agree. Squats have done a lot for me as far as thickening up my whole body but as far as quad developement goes it's the heavy leg presses that have added some serious size.

    I'm no doctor but if it hurts to bench then I'd say it isn't healed. I'd see an orthopedic specialist and stop doin any moves that cause pain. They will only make it worse. Out of curiosity what did you do to your arm to cause all that damage?

    Incline Press

    On a side note I've seen more chest developement in the last 3 months doing inclines then I got in over a year on doing flat presses. I am also seeing great strength gains in this lift. IMO it is the best upper body compound lift.

    I think doing SLDL two days before standard DL is too much. I'd take one of them out and replace it with a different move.

    How low can you go

    Lately I've been going ATF. I've NEVER seen anyone in my gym go below parallel, and only a handful have gone to parallel. I think as you maintain good form then going ATF is just as safe as parallel.

    I love inclines, I do them first in my chest workout. I usually use about a 45 degree angle, although I am thinking about lowering it a bit.

    I like palms out, wide grip. I feel palms in way too much in my biceps and less in my back. I do them on back/bi day.
