ya. the plan is to cut down as low as i can till august and start bulking again on the all you can eat cafateria food at college. good stuff. just dont want to get too fat :)
the picture in your signature cracks me up.
umm people are saying add fruit and juice.. these things are loaded with sugar, also. just mix it with water and chugg the shit. you will get used to the taste.
please comment on my pic, tell me if something is being left behind, im trying to develope everything in good proportion.
all critiques welcome.
i just wish i had a before picture.
do crunches, pushups, benchpresses, leglifts, pullups, and go for really long walks/run. curl with a strait bar or ez curl bar, do skull crushers.
mix them up however you see fit. i made good gains with those exersizes. pullups especially.
try HIIT training. try cardio in the morning before eating (this will cause some loss of LBM, but youll loose the fat quickly) try circuit training when you lift.
its generally considered healthy to loose at 1 to 2 pounds a week
nnot much more than that, because you risk loosing lbm and just water weight which will come back very quickly. just take it slow and relax.
eat more protien and drop some carbs off. dont eat any sugar at all. drink green tea...
i just started doing an upper and lower split. if you work with great intensity and circuit train, it is pretty quick and a good workout. i actually think i train better when i do that.
if youre going for looks, try to cut the fat off. not many people can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. just pick which is more important at the moment and go from there. it would be wise to cut down the fat first though, because when you bulk you will put even more fat on making...
i used to take a journal to the gym with my days goals already written in it, but now i sorta just keep track in my head. i felt like a nerd carrying a notebook around.
i agree so much with that. when i first started lifting it was pethetic, but once i balanced my diet and started training smarter, ive made great gains. i eat about 1 gram per pound i weigh. i used to think i was a hard gainer untill i quit trying to do isolation exercises.
