Well i think that pre-exhausting the muscle before the big lift would help to affect more fibers in the muscle and cause more growth. Doing them before or afterwards is just down to preference.
I think we should do a test to find out. You could have one group do incline presses and dips then have a different group doing flat bench and incline L-flys. Also we could have pics of progress posted in the "members pics" what do you guys think?
