ic. well i am not really going for competition perfect muscle so i will be fine with just more cardio oriented workout :]
currently for cutting purposes i am doing about 60% of my maximum about 16 x 5 with rest intervals of 30 seconds. should i do more sets? should i increase the amount...
yes thats exactly what i want to do squanto. i am trying to do lots of cardio oriented workout rather then stop eating what i want [ regardless i still eat pretty healthy]. i am trying to get more muscle showing in my arms and pec area. i ve been doing reps of 16 with 60% of my maximum weight...
O No. is cutting that oriented with diet? sighhhhhhh. although i enjoy working out, i dont think i am so dedicated as to limit myself on enjoying my eating.
i actually dont. maybe i should work on it.. but i thought my hands would eventually get stronger to meet the demand since whenever i workout my hands hurt like hell, hence its getting some kind of workout lol.
when i do bar or bell work outs for hypertrophy or strength gain i tend to get alot of cramping in my hands. Is it because i am maybe holding my weights in a wrong fashion or something? does anyone know what i can do to stop these cramps?
i know i should do about 16 times of whatever exercise you are trying to do if you want to cut in one interval but about how many times should you do it? and what is the rest period for a cutting oriented workout? i think i read it was 30 seconds somewhere

ive been reading up and found out recently that compound workouts are best for bodybuilding. Which is kinda sucky because i have been doing nothing but isolation work outs forever now. I do not really know much about compound movements. Ive only used probably one compound workout which was...
This is how i see over training. If your muscles litterally get stuck in a certain position for few days as if it is frozen solid i believe that is over training
[happened to me couple of times]. Long as you can do your daily activity fine that i dont consider it over training. i am pretty sure...
LMAO. Damn that some funny stuff. well i suggest you just ask your gf. I mean all girls have diffrent preference and opinions. And besides if you want the general consensus of what the girls think of body hair i think this place is the wrong forum to ask. The female to male ratio in here must be...
a friend of mine who is extremely fit [he looks like one of those protein ad guy] had a body fat of 14%. I am guessing he is one of those lucky guys. I remember he told me that all his fat went to his legs so his upper body was just naturally cut.
In conclusion i am guessing it depends on your...
you know whats funny. I just finished 5 sets then went on this forum real fast to check the responses and thats what was exactly happening to me. After couple of sets I was struggling and had to spot myself on my exactly 4th rep lmao. Good call. I hope you dont mind me pming you with some q's...
