I don't think hormones can withstand stomach acid and they get broken down without being absorbed. I know that's how it is with progesterone (needs to be taken as sublingual pill or as a cream) and current estrogen HRT's are in esteric form so they aren't destroyed. I'd have to think test would...

We're all gonna have problems when we get older from one thing or another...might as well be something you enjoy! Get adjusted regularly, too, IMO it helps a lot!

Hopefully it'll calm down and you'll be able to get back to your normal workouts soon. Injuries suck! If you talk to your doc you may be able to get a cortizone injection or anti-inflamm. drugs....if it is your bursa, it would probably help! good luck!!

I wouldn't recommend Nair if that's what John is referring to. That stuff burns and I didn't think it was very effective.
