    diet soda as a rare treat?

    I drink 128 oz of diet coke every day. I now this is bad but hey, I love my diet coke. besides is doesn't put on any fat like other beverages. the only concern is the sodium and the levels are minimal so i wouldn't be concerned.

    weight training journal

    I also keep my journal in Excel. I find that this is an easy reference for my history. I keep one week at a time per file. This way I can look to a specific week several months back and check my progress. It also tells me when I'm stuck in a rut and need to change things around for more growth.
