btw guys, there are many myths of protein but its just a dietary supplement containing a complete range of amino acids, essential and non essential. it wont kill you haha. or do crazy things for you. only make you better.
i second that. especially for a 15 year old, a definate boost of protein after a workout is great as your body has catabolically strained itsself during that workout and protein/nitrogen levels are low in the blood. a quick shot of protein should fix that.!
the smell of fenugreek is quite interesting isnt it. i went through a little 180 capsule set of test-PRO. it was alright. i took 4 tablets daily. it felt like it was doing me okay anyway. dont reallly know for sure tho.
canned tuna, canned beans, fresh meats like steak and chicken breasts are not that hard to make, it just takes practice. once you get the hang of it youll be getting into it quite easily. frozen veggies.. prepackaged greens! these are all quick and easy ones.
definately a good source of healthy monosaturated fats. but if you consume too much, you are more than likely to be doing your body hard. theres no max per day.. but your probably have a few spoons with every meal anyway.
