    Bicep Injury Help

    Whenever I do curls on my left bicep, there is a weird popping feeling at my elbow. I feels like the tendons are popping and stretching from one position to another. I wouldnt consider it a pain, its something i've never felt before. Does anyone know what this is?

    My first time.....

    I bought the 500g tub of CEE at BulkNutrition. It works but it tastes bitter ad sour as hell so if you have a weak stomach or gag reflex I would consider caps. I take 2.5g preworkout and 2.5g post so doing the math a 500g tub will last me 100 workout days.

    When doing Lat pull what type of grip do you prefer and what advantages does each offer. Wide, behind neck;close, reverse grip; shoulder width grip; or any other grips.

    Doesnt darker urine indicate a higher nitrogen content? I would think that as protein is synthesized into amino acids a large byproduct would be nitrogen.
