    Anywhone knows if the long term consuption of dextrose can lead into diabetes? I can't find any study about this... Since almost every day we took it in the shake, how would be the risks of diabetes in the long term use?

    I do not agree too with creatine loads! I might just have some beneffits if you really have a big space between cycles of creatine... Like 1 or 2 cycles per year! Besides that, worthless. IMO

    Yes, meant maltodextrin! and min hte addiction should be there in this case maltodextrine Read already that the best mix is half Dextrose for half maltodextrin!
