    How long have you been trianing for? Have you taken a layoff? It's common to get some soreness there, especially if your new or have taken a layoff. If your consistently getting sore there from chest movements, well I'd take a look at your form...are you also getting sore pecs as well?

    Nothing wrong with this split, I've done very similar splits many times. The shoulder workout should probably be your shortest. You don't need much volume at all, they get hit a lot on other days.

    I'm a gym addict too, but with average genetics or less and being drug free, 4days is enough. If you really want to do 5 days which I think is not that great you could do your 1 body part a day split, but I would be in and out of the gym real quick.     I don't like that back routine, I agree with what built is saying. Main structure of the routine should be Chins,Heavy Rows, and some sort of deadlift that suits you. Rack, full, or even from time to time smith, which I have done with success but on lighter days only.
